Jon Erickson is Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Education and Professor of Ecological Economics in the Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources and a Gund Institute for Environment Fellow at the 91°µÍøÊÓÆµ. He has published widely on the theory and practice of ecological economics, climate change policy, renewable energy economics, and bioregional planning, including his most recent book on . He has led international research and education programs as a Fulbright Scholar in Tanzania and visiting professor in the Dominican Republic, Iceland, and Slovakia. Jon has also produced and directed on water, energy, food, and political system transitions, including the Emmy-award winning on watershed science and policy in the Lake Champlain Basin. As a social entrepreneur, he has founded and led numerous non-profit organizations including the , , , and . His work is regularly covered by state, national, and international media, including the New York Times, Boston Globe, and CNN.
