The 91°µÍøÊÓƵ is pleased to announce students, faculty, and staff now have the opportunity to strengthen dialogue skills through the Constructive Dialogue Institute’s Perspectives program. Available free of charge to the UVM community through May 2026, Perspectives is a six-module online training (about 25 minutes per module) designed to enhance dialogue across differences, conflicts, and points of contention. Participants who complete all six modules earn a certificate of completion.
To complement this resource, the Office of the Vice Provost for Intercultural Excellence is offering a luncheon series this semester for in person attendees, hosted by Dr. Erika Lala, the Senior Director for Intergroup Dialogue and Intercultural Excellence. Each luncheon will highlight one Perspectives module with space for discussion and reflection.
